Having invested in the Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing sector since 1991 as a result of partnership and reliability since 1982, our company has been manufacturing machinery for the Iron and Steel Industry and the Mining Sector in 1997 and manufacturing machinery and equipment for different industries.



Basaraneller Machine has been producing high value, high volume projects for iron and steel industry with its experience for many years. It is actively involved in the investment projects and general equipment supply of our customers operating in Turkey. Our customers are well known AS local and international steel producers and mining industry companies and engineering companies providing turnkey plants at the same time.
It has been successfully producing SUCCESSORIES, MACHINERY and EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURES with a large number of subcontractors who can provide high degree of flexibility.

QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM

Organization

Was established only with a manual turning machine

1997

Became a limited company.

2005

First CNC machine has been bought

2008

ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate was obtained. It has started to export for the first time.

2011

it was moved to 1500 m2 of the new area.

2012

It started using the Micro ERP System. Iso 3834 Certificate has been got.

2014

5S Certificate was obtained

2018

CMM and 4 new machines have been bought. It has started to import for the first time. 1500 m2 of new area has been added to the existing workshop.

2019

In 2019 ERP and other software versions were upgraded In 2019 1 turning, 1 milling machine and 1 CNC bohrwerk machine has been bought.

2020

it had been moved to a new office. The production Planning department was created. The warehouse has been classified. Developed software for production planning.

2021

2021 2 CNC Turning and 1 CNC Milling machine have been bought. The Production Engineering department has been created.

2022

WHAT HAS BEEN DONE TODAY;

UNTIL THESE DAY- WELDING ENGINEER has been HIRED. 2 OUR QUALITY ENGINEERS HAVE RECEIVED THE PT CERTIFICATE SANDBLASTING MACHINE HAS BEEN BOUGHT. BASARANELLER STARTED TO WORK WITH THE CONSULTANT FOR INSTITUTIONALIZATION WORKS. OUR WEBSITE HAS BEEN RENEWED.
